SECARE -Southern Colorado Animal Rescue Effort, Inc is an 501c(3) that is registered with the IRS and is the mentoring organization which Angel Service Dogs works. By doing so we are able to accept tax deductable donations on behalf of Angel Service Dogs and to provide oversight of financial operations.
